Vacuum induction melting and rapid solidification furnace is mainly used for the production of rare earth permanent magnet materials, samarium cobalt materials, samarium iron materials and hydrogen storage alloys.

Function:

1. Before pouring molten steel, thermocouple contact type rapid temperature measurement;

2. Automatic pouring control, and realize constant flow pouring;

3. Rapid cooling of water-cooled roller, assisted by material stripping device;

4. The speed of rapid cooling roller can be variable frequency speed regulation;

5. The rapid cooling roller has small vibration, which can effectively control the thickness of thin sheets, and the thickness is controlled at 0.25~0.35mm;

6. Automatic inflation system, and automatic low-pressure air replenishment;

7. Realize homogenization treatment on the water-cooled turntable.
